I am large, I contain multitudes.

leonor morrow | linguist, photographer, & poet

I’m Leonor: a linguist + emerging educator, portrait + travel hybrid photographer, & sometimes-poet. I also occasionally design websites. I’m a proud lefty who has lived in Indiana, New Mexico, DC, and northern VA, but I currently call Baltimore home.

I am a member of the Urban Teachers 2019 cohort, currently pursuing my M.S. degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Education. In May 2019, I graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Culture and Politics, which focused on linguistics + education.

When I’m not researching, teaching, or creating, you can find me where I’m happiest: basking in the sunshine, surrounded by warm light, with my boyfriend + two cats (Charlemagne & Napoleon) by my side.

I’m always eager to make new friends over hot chocolate, sweetened iced tea, pepsi, or a glass of wine if you’re feeling fancy. (But not coffee, #sorrynotsorry).

Drop me a line if you’re interested in collaborating on a project, chatting about linguistics + education, or anything else!
